WATCH: Singer Claire de la Fuente Sought the Help of Raffy Tulfo!
Raffy Tulfo got a surprise visit from former singer Claire de la Fuente. It turns out that it wasn’t Claire herself who had a problem but her personal assistant. Claire’s personal assistant, Gretchen, needed help to get her child back from a certain man. Raffy asked why the child was with the man and it turns out that he was the one named as the child’s father on the child’s birth certificate.
However, Gretchen dropped a bombshell. She reveals that the man is not actually the child’s father! The child’s real father was living with her.
Raffy then talked to the man, identified as Antonio Dimaano, about this unconventional situation.
Raffy states that there is a law that states that if the parents should end up separated, then the child will go to under the care of the mother. Raffy said that this law states that a child 7 years old and under should be given to the mother following the parents’ separation.
This law states:
“No child under seven years of age shall be separated from the mother, unless the court finds compelling reasons to order otherwise.”
Dimaano said that he wants to undergo a DNA test. However, Raffy said that it will just lessen his chances of keeping the baby. Should it be proven that he is not the father, Gretchen will get custody of her child much quicker.
He advises the man to just give the child back. Even the head of DSWD Pasay agrees with what Raffy has told the man so far.
On the same day, Raffy Tulfo and his team helped set up a meeting with the DSWD and the two parental figures involved in the dispute. Dimaano tried to make a case that he could supply all of the child’s needs but Claire de la Fuente countered by saying she will also be able to provide for the baby’s needs without separating the child from its mother.
Dimaano finally agreed to return Gretchen’s baby. After the child was fetched from a house in Pasay, Gretchen was finally given a tearful reunion with her beloved child.
Claire de la Fuente had only praises for Raffy Tulfo and his hardworking staff! Because of their help, a mother was reunited with her child.
